TexHahn Media is looking for a highly experienced individual with a data-driven and creative approach to digital strategy. The ideal candidate would have an analytical background, a knack for consumer insights, and a creative eye. This position plays a significant role in generating conversion traffic to client websites. The Senior Digital Strategist will oversee the creation of social media campaigns, marketing schedules, in-depth reporting, data analysis and insights supporting multiple client strategies. The candidate should think strategically about the data and be willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment without compromising the quality of work.

Requirements

Digital Strategy

  • Lead building and management of client social media profiles, calendars and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
  • Develop/manage influencer relations programs and successfully implement related activities where needed
  • Collaborate with account, content development and creative teams on developing and executing digital campaigns and distributing content that engages audiences and supports the overall communication and marketing goals
  • Oversee /manage paid digital campaign as well as tracking and managing budgets
  • Manage relationships with paid media vendors and partners
  • Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks, content strategies, or mechanisms to reach and engage relevant target audiences
  • Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI

Brand Strategy

  • Lead client discovery, market research, and competitive analysis;
  • Analyze and assess the performance of campaigns, and translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights and recommendations for revising campaign strategy

New Business & Other

  • Assist and develop in new business ventures which include; pitching new business, working collaboratively with leadership to develop new business marketing strategies, etc.
  • Participate in annual strategic and tactical planning, capability-building client projects

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising, communication, or related field
  • 5-8 years of direct digital marketing experience
  • Previous agency experience
  • Working knowledge of ecommerce platforms, PPC, SEO, SEM, web design, and WordPress
  • Demonstrated ability to development and execute digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High-level experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data from multiple sources to troubleshoot performance and provide strategic recommendations to clients
  • Must be highly collaborative and a team player
  • Must have managerial experience or interest
  • Must be highly organized and have experience in self-managing projects
  • Experience in digital media planning/buying
  • Ability to identify cultural trends, popular culture, and timely news stories in order to capitalize on them on behalf of our clients through social media, earned media, or paid media
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of integrated marketing and traditional public relations, and the role social and digital media play in integrated marketing
