One of the more complex and confusing arenas in which an organization can find itself is in a reputation management situation; when the proverbial spaghetti hits the fan. Most recently, think about United Airlines, Uber or FOX News, then go dump a plate of your favorite red sauce covered pasta into a nearby box fan on high speed.
